Integrated ATPL course?

Postby fergus on Tue Apr 08, 2003 9:35 pm GMT

Has anyone heard of the Jar-FTO in Slovenia called Solinair? Is it any good. Can one trust a 'new' course offered by a school.

Where should I train for an ab-initio to JAR CPL/IR+fATPL+MCC license to give myself the best chance of airline employment?

Yes but the english version is under construction right now. http://www.solinair.si

I am looking for an ab-initio CPL/IR+fATPL+MCC course. Is this ever enough these days or must I pay for a type rating after it. Is there any work at all for pilots with their fATPL and around 200-250 hours?

What are the job options for someone in this position?
I have been a little dis-heartened but all the negative posts on PPrune saying that there is no chance of getting an airline job unless you pay for your own type rating!

Do you have any advice for me?

Thanks

The course in SolinAir is very good, but you need at least 2 years to graduate.
The chances for job after that is equall to zero.
