Don't do it!
It's a pay-per-job operation. This is exactly what brought this industry to the dumpsters. This is why pilot pay gets lower and lower all the time. Failing airlines (Name one successful pay-per job airline that is big and survived) try to cut costs by lowering their standards in a way that is unparalleled in other industries. There will always be someone who is willing to fly for peanuts or even pay for a job. I don't want my family flying with a pilot who is currently completing his training.
Don't get me wrong, its ok to pay for training or even for your type rating (which will usually get you nowhere with actual experience). But paying in order to SERVE a commercial company for 250 hours as SIC is the lowest you can go. They are the ones who are supposed to pay you (or actually pay a pilot with a little more experience than you).
If you take this offer now, you may have solved a temporary problem of getting that initial flight experience, but it may bite you in the face when you try to get other jobs in the future.
Sorry if I sound harsh but there are other ways to build that flight experience. (just like most of us did)
just my 2 cents
