I am a 3rd year university student studying Air Transport Management at Loughborough University. I am currently working on my dissertation which aims to "Investigate the Factors Affecting Pilot Performance with Relation to Aviation Incidents in the UK " The main research is based around using a statistical model to identify pilot socio demographic factors i.e. age, gender and flying hours experiance that lead to Airprox events.

I have therefore created a short questionnaire that will take several minutes of your time to complete that will help me in collecting data for this research.

I would be grateful if you would take a moment of your time to fill this in if you have encountered an Air Proximity incident within the last 2 years within the UK.

I will keep this topic post updated with my results and findings for anyone who is interested.
