my name is Nati and I'm from Israel, next summer I'm planning to start my aviation career and I still dont know in which school I'm going to do that.

i read a lot of information about DCA and PEA, but i think the best information i can get is from people that been there, so i ask you people who can tell me anything about this schools ill be glad...

personally I would suggest to stay away from Phoenix East. Dont know much about Delta Connection.
I was a student and an instructor at PEA. I can say that I got good basics and instruction at Phoenix but it depends on the instructor you get. I wouldn't suggest going there especially if you are coming on a J1 student visa since once you are in the program they will treat you like dirt. They are understaffed with instructors and under equipped with airplanes, so it will be very hard to get through training quickly as they usually promise before you start. While most other flight school have been increasing their instructor pay during the years, PEA still pays the same rate that they had for years, $10 per hour, although the rate they charge the students for instruction has gone up by a lot.
The worst part about them though is just the general way they treat their students and instructors. Don't expect to be treated as a customer after you have enrolled.
It is not all bad though. you can get reasonable training there, depending on your instructor. They have a brand new fleet of C172SP and Diamond Twin Stars equipped with G1000 and as an instructor you can build a lot of flight time.

Delta Connection is a very good flight school with very high standards and cost is very high. I currently go to Phoenix East recently transfered there from a University. I reccomend Phoenix East the cost is cheaper then Delta Connection. Flight instructor wise there are many good ones and some bad ones as well, if you don't like your instructor you can always switch they will do whatever they need to accomidate you to get you done as fast as possible. Plane wise they do have planes available I have an activity everyday sometimes twice a day...the speed you get done is the set by you on how you prepare yourself for each lesson. If you don't understand something they offer free tutoring from students who are training to be instructors and any other student there will be more then willing to help you out to understand things.
