There are a few that are still hiring but it does not look that this situation will last long. Last i heared, Comair is still hiring as well as ASA. I may be wrong though. Check this list: Airline pilot jobs-USA list and start checking each one of the links to see if they are still hiring.

You didn't mention your experience but if you are a CFI with only flight instruction experience, as your username suggest, it may be impossible nowadays to find a job. There are many experienced airline pilots in the market looking for a job, and soon there will be more. It is unfortunate, but these are bad days for the airline industry. :(

Gojet just started hiring again recently:
* First Officer
500 hours Fixed-wing flight time
50 hours Multi-engine flight time
Turbine experience preferred
With jet or airline training course lower flight times will be considered


* Captain
3500 hours Fixed-wing flight time
1000 hours Multi-engine flight time
1000 hours turbine flight time
