Remember some things:
1) private students always will try to kill you.
2) keep records updates, its save time when they crash.

3)Never believe a student when he says he did the preflight.
4)Be always ready because they will come after you when you least expect it.
5)If they thell you they are gonna be sick even if you are straight and level over the ocean, take the airplane, open the window and pray.
6)The better the student is, the worst the mistake he´s gonna make.
7)Don´t show spins to anybody under 25 or over 50(one will try them solo, the other will never get into an airplane again).
If you fly in Florida make it a point to remind them that showering each day is mandatory, not optional.
9)Never fly close to a thunderstorm with anybody under 25 or over 50(see point 7).
10)Never do anything in the airplane that you don´t want your students to repeat. Do it with other instructor´s students.
