The FAA publishes its US Terminal Procedure charts on the National Aeronautical Charting Office(NACO) website. This is a great service but requires you to download each chart separately.
A new service, offered free at PDFPlates.com, collects these government publications and arranges them into large Adobe Acrobat PDF files. Each file contains the full collection of approach, Arrival (STARs) and Departure (SIDs) procedures for a whole region or state, saving you hours of downloading and arranging individual files.
This service is especially helpful if you own an electronic book reader, such as Amazon Kindle or a Sony eBook Reader. The files are indexed and bookmarked for easy access to specific airport procedures. Depending on your needs, this can be used as a cheap alternative to an electronic flight bag with an expensive monthly subscription
