This is a very good learning tool; before practicing here picking the proper
hold was a mystery to me.

Really great program, but be aware it seems to have a bug in it. If the current
bearing to the fix is the reciprocal of the inbound track, the sector entry
should be a choice of teardrop or parallel. The program selects direct entry.
The plan view even shows an impossible turn into the pattern. I hope the
programmer follows this thread, I'm sure he can fix it. Otherwise, brilliant
training aid, thank you!

Thanks for getting my attention to the bug. It's now fixed.
However, if
the
holding entry is exactly between the parallel and teardrop sectors, the
trainer
would only except the parallel entry as correct, since only one answer
can be selected.
